RETURN POLICY Standard Product Return Policy: Any unopened and
unused products listed in the Marinelock catalog may be returned for a
refund for suitable reasons within 60 days of original order. All returns require a return authorization

will be responsible for, any shipping and handling
charges involving a returned item. A 20% restocking fee will be applied
to all returns not returned in original packaging and/or requiring repackaging. You must inspect your order for damage and accuracy as soon as it arrives. If the driver does not allow you time to inspect your shipment or delivers your shipment in your absence, sign for it, noting "damaged" on the bill of lading. You’ll need to fully inspect your merchandise within two weeks of receipt.
If you find you have a problem with damage or an incorrect shipment, you must
contact us during this period. We cannot be held responsible for damages or
incorrect shipments if you wait beyond this period to inform us. We may also choose to pay for return shipping for inspection of the product. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY At this time, Marinelock LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and to certain Foreign Countries. Marinelock LLC will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands, at an additional cost. The title and risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this Web site will pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier (FOB Shipping). We ship "Delivery and Duty Unpaid" commonly called "DDU", Non-US purchasers agree to pay any import duties, taxes or customs fees associated with their purchases. SALES TAX Marinelock LLC must collect sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. If a valid resellers agreement or tax-exempt status form is in place we will waive tax collection. Marinelock will convey the product with good title, free from any lawful lien or encumbrance.
