If you need help or just want to place an order direct over the phone, call us! We typically answer the phone 8:30am-6pm (eastern) at 906-297-2500 but we also try to pick it up after hours and on weekends if we can. Email is our prefered communications, email is checked regularly throughout the day at support@marinelock.com.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it in original packaging for a product refund. (Sorry but we cannot refund shipping charges.)

Marinelock LLC was formed in April 2006, with the goal of providing unique high quality security products. We are located in the rugged eastern end of the Upper Peninsula Michigan, on the north end of Lake Huron. We test all our equipment in the harsh conditions that nature throws at us here. We consider our location the ideal test environment for quality assurance, if it passes our tests it should pass yours.
We believe our LockItDown™Kits, and other security products to be a potent theft deterrent, but we can neither guarantee that it will prevent all theft, nor accept liability for any theft losses. We will, however, replace any of our products damaged or lost during a theft attempt. (See our Terms and Conditions Page for details). The purchaser of this product is solely responsible for any damage or impairment to themselves or equipment that might be caused by installing these products.
